BOOKING CONDITIONS

Fifty percent (50%) of the rental cost is required upon reservation. The balance and the security deposit of $ 1,000.00 are payable five (5) days before the start of the rental by Interac transfer;
When the reservation is made less than fifteen (15) days before the rental start date, full payment and the security deposit of $ 1,000.00 are fully required at the time of booking;
A valid identity document confirming the address and date of birth of the RENTER must be presented to the RENTERS.

RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made by written notice to the RENTERS.
If the cancellation notice is received more than 30 days before the start of the rental, the deposit of fifty percent (50%) will be retained by the RENTERS as damages and interest.
If the cancellation notice is received less than thirty days before the start of the rental, the RENTER must pay the full amount of the rental, except the security deposit which will be returned.
If the cancellation is made after the start of the rental, the RENTER must pay the full amount of the rental, with the security deposit for breakage and damage which will be returned.
In the event that the building is destroyed, sold or is not in a condition to be rented for unforeseen problems or beyond the control of the RENTERS, any contract will be canceled and the amounts will be reimbursed in full.
