No refund will be given to a chalet tenant who leaves before the end of the stay.

No refund of the deposit will be made to a chalet tenant for a cancellation within thirty (30) days preceding the reservation date.

Administration fees of $ 35 will be retained on reimbursements made thirty (30) days or more before the reservation date.

No refund of full payment 7 days before rental date 50% of the total amount will be requested to confirm your reservation as a deposit

The base price is for 2 people. Supplement for additionnal person.

Full payment must be made before your arrival or on site after agreement with the owner.

From this moment, you will have access to the keys of the chalet via a key box with combination determined by the owner.

An amount of $ 250 is required as a security deposit which will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure after inspection of the premises. We reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit paid in order to cover any damage.

There will be a refund of the deposit only if there was a closure of the regions or a ban on renting chalets by government decree less than 30 days from the reservation.

Low season = January 9th to june12th 2022 and septembre 4th to december 16th

High season - June 12th 2022 to september 4th 2022
