CANCELLATION POLICY
- No modification can be made less than 30 days before the scheduled rental date. However, we accept the modification of a reservation 30 days before the rental date.
- Cancellation of a reservation made before 30 days from the rental date will result in the loss of the 50% deposit. Cancellation of a reservation made less than 30 days before the rental will result in the loss of all monies collected so far. We will return the security deposit of $ 500 to you.
RESERVATION POLICY
- Tenants can arrive at the chalet from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must vacate the chalet no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- When booking we ask for a booking deposit of 50% of the rental cost. This will block rental dates for your reservation.
- The second payment must be made 30 days before the start date of the stay. When the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the full amount must be paid
- The tenant's identity documents must be provided for the reservation.
- We ask for a security deposit of $ 500, by Interac transfer, as a guarantee in case of breakage or damage. The security deposit will be returned to you after the chalet has been inspected. For a minor breakage, an amount equivalent to the breakage will be charged.
