Booking conditions

Reservations can be made by telephone at 438 869-6521. When booking, a 25% deposit is required. One week before your arrival, the full payment must be made. We accept Interac transfers or cash and there is the possibility of paying by credit card for a small surcharge of 3%.

Rental contract and security deposit

You will need to sign a rental contract which informs you of the regulations applicable to Chalet Entre Cimes et Rivage. A security deposit of $500 payable one week before your stay is required and will be given to you upon your departure following inspection of the premises. You are responsible for returning the chalet to its initial condition and for any breakage or damage caused to the property and equipment during your stay.

Cancelation

31 days or more before the date of your reservation, the deposit will be returned to you 100%. No refund of the deposit will be given 30 days before the date of your reservation. For the weeks of Christmas, New Year's Day, Spring Break and construction holidays: no refund of the deposit will be granted 60 days before the date of your reservation.
