Beautiful cottage on manifique ecological lake, very clean and no gasoline engine (electric motor accepted). 1 hr from Montreal. In plain forest, peaceful and calm. The cottage, located on a plot of 26,000 square feet, is built in wood roasted and offers over 120 feet of lake Clermoustier.

Spring and summer - swimming, fishing (trout and bass), campfire, hiking or Arbraska SPA and The Source of Rawdon and the Esterel Golf (15 minutes), Forest Regional Park Quareau, falls to Rawdonet Val St-Come, slips in St-Jean de Matha, Horse Riding.

The background winter skiing, snowshoeing, downhill skiing (Mont St-Val Comeet ski Montcalm 15 minutes, 45 minutes from Sainte-Adele and St-Sauveur, sledding and tobogganing by tobbagan, ice skating on our lake ... more for your entertainment and comfort in nature.
