Need a little rest ?, a chalet for rent?

Take advantage of a stay at our chalet to relax for a few days. Recently renovated, the chalet is ideally located in the tourist region of Lanaudière, in the Les Montagnes sector, on the edge of Lake Clermoustier in Chertsey. An ecological lake not accessible to motorized boats. You will discover a peaceful and warm environment conducive to relaxation with family and friends. The path bordering the chalet is only used by residents of the lake: you can walk there without worry with your children.

Located about an hour from Montreal, the fully equipped chalet includes 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the RDJ with magnificent views of the Lake and 1 bedroom open onto a large mezzanine. The latter is the perfect place to read a good book with a panoramic view of the lake. As a bonus, you will have access to a superb terrace and a private dock - ideal for admiring the sunsets, having an aperitif or enjoying the nautical boats (from May to October).

Outdoor enthusiasts can indulge in a family hike of about one hour on a marked trail located a five-minute walk from the chalet.

Two full bathrooms with shower, (one on the ground floor and one on the garden level), including hairdryer (towels are not provided, you must bring your own as well as towels beach).
Main bedroom on the ground floor: queen bed.
Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: queen bed and loveseat
Bedrooms 3 and 4 on the garden level, recently renovated and soundproofed for your privacy. Each has a double bed and enough space to set up a playpen. Pool table at RDJ Optional (prior agreement required): additional bed and bedding for a child.

Large terrace facing the lake to admire the sunsets

Large terrace at the RDJ, with games for toddlers and fireplace to end the evening. Cleaning products provided. Washer, dryer. BBQ (propane provided), briquette BBQ available. (bring your briquettes) Private dock with chairs Pedal boat, canoe and 2 kayaks at your disposal. Some adult life belts are available on site, but we recommend that you bring your own. Important: no flotation belt for children and babies, you must bring your own. The wearing of a flotation belt is compulsory.

Animal are not allowed for respect of our guest who are alergic to domistic animals

Access for wheel chair at the front and back door. All commodities on the main floor. Basement is accessible from the exterior ground door. Mezzanine is not accessible.

Rates are for 6 people or less. Strict monitoring of the number of people is applied. An amount, to be confirmed by the landlord, will be charged for people over 6.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required by Interac bank transfer to secure your reservation.

The 50% balance is payable 2 weeks before your arrival.

There is an additional charge of $ 110 for cleaning / stay service and applicable taxes

The deposit is on the total amount including taxes.

A security deposit of $ 200 is payable in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded to you by Interac bank transfer, within a maximum period of 72 hours, if no damage is found and if the chalet is kept in the same condition as on arrival.

Arrival and departure times are usually 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m.
