Our magnificent chalet is located near a multitude of lakes and trails with various vocations, Montcalm ski mountain, Dorwin Falls, the village of Rawdon, the Spa La Source Bains Nordiques, the Arbraska adventure park, a golf club to name a few possibilities.

The chalet is splendid with its high ceilings and its exceptional 8 feet windows ensuring an immersive character in nature. Its layout also provides increased luminosity.

Its radiant polished concrete floors, remote-controlled blinds and air conditioning offer you optimal comfort.

Payments

How the payments work:

- 1st payment: 50% of the total amount, upon reservation

- 2nd payment: 50% of the total amount, 30 days before arrival date

- Security deposit of $750, 1 day prior to arrival date and released 5 days after departure date

- Housekeeping fee: $200

- 21 years and older required to make a reservation

Cancellations

All pre-payments are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be made by email to the Landlord.

The present contract will be cancelled by right if the Tenant does not show up within 12 hours after the start time of the stay indicated in the contract. The Landlord is then free to dispose of the rented property.

In the event of a shortened stay by the Tenant, the total price of the rent is due in full to the Landlord.

Termination of the contract

The Landlord may automatically terminate the contract upon simple written notice for any of the following reasons or for any reason provided by the Law:

● Failure to pay (rent or security deposit):

- Tenant becomes bankrupt or insolvent;

- The Tenant changes the purpose for which the premises had been leased or any other change that may affect the Landlord's insurance coverage;

- Substantial damage is done to the leased premises;

- Tenant's unlawful assignment or subletting of the premises;

● Any damage caused by the willful or other negligence of the Tenant or persons authorized by the Tenant to be on the premises:

- Any breach of any term or terms of this Agreement.
