Directly at the base of a majestic waterfall with a height of over 30 feet, this home is equipped with an in-ground spa, an indoor Finnish sauna, an outdoor shower and a gymnasium. Ground floor (1,518 square feet)
An open concept common room bringing together the kitchen, dining room and living room with wood fireplace, a bedroom with very large bed (King) and private bathroom (freestanding bath and shower for two people), a gymnasium and a Bathroom. Heated concrete floor for the entire ground floor, both inside and outside.
Gym equipped with a water trough, mirrors, rubber dumbbells from 8 lbs to 45 lbs, a television, a DVD player, training DVDs, an exercise ball, a jump rope, a floor mat and a commercial grade Précor elliptical machine.
Kitchen equipped with a gas stove, an ice-making refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, an assortment of spices and condiments, a cookware set, a hand blender, electric toaster, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, dishes and utensils, wine glasses and fondue set.
