Cancellation policy - Pourvoirie du lac Saint-Pierre
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel your reservation. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while reflecting common practices in the tourism industry.
1. Cancellation more than 30 days from the arrival date:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellation between 30 and 15 days from the arrival date: 50% refund
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
3. Cancellation less than 15 days from the arrival date:
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be refunded. However, we offer the possibility of rescheduling the reservation to a later date, subject to availability and confirmation from us. Date changes may incur additional charges.
4. No-show:
In the event of no-show without prior notification, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and no refund will be given.
5. Weather conditions:
Cancellations due to inclement weather conditions are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances we will assess each situation individually and may offer a postponement of the booking, subject to availability.
6. Cancellations by Pourvoirie du lac Saint-Pierre:
On rare occasions, we may have to cancel your reservation for reasons beyond our control (e.g. unsafe weather conditions, security conditions). In this case, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, the possibility to postpone your stay at no additional cost.
7. Changes to the reservation:
Any modification to the reservation (dates of stay, number of people, etc.) must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
