Le Cardinal is a wooden chalet built on stilts on the mountainside. The chalet is part of the “Le Village Perché” site which is a group of small chalets built on stilts.
The chalet offers a magnificent view of the L'Assomption River and the surrounding area. The construction on stilts offers a unique accommodation experience while providing essential services.
The spa located on the lower balcony allows you to relax while enjoying nature and the unique balcony upstairs offers a great view!

Housing
The chalet is a new construction offering three balconies!
On the balcony located at the level of the chalet's living space, you will find:
Bbq and outdoor furniture to enjoy the magnificent view.
The living space offers:
Kitchenette
Kitchen table for two, two armchairs and electric fireplace.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and hot water.
Upstairs :
bedroom: 1 double bed.
The bedroom opens onto the second balcony which offers an even more beautiful view of the region.

Traveler access
The travelers haveaccess to the entire accommodation.
The spa is available 4 seasons.
A steep slope must be climbed before arriving at the chalet. This is a municipal road. In winter it may be, depending on the temperature, that the slope is more difficult to climb.
Parking at the Perched Village:
If you do not have a 4x4, we strongly suggest that you park at the top of the slope on the side of the road near the "No Parking" sign. This is our brand and our land. This is to reduce the risk of getting stuck in the second parking lot. Even if you have a 4x4 and there is ice, please do not risk getting stuck and park at the top.
We take no responsibility and offer no refund if you decide to descend despite this warning.

Firewood, kindling and newspaper are not provided.
The Village Perché is located on the same land as two other chalets in the Village Perché (Mésange and Colibri). Contact is minimal or non-existent, but we prefer to mention it.
You will have access to the river via a passage opposite the street leading to the chalet.
