In full nature, on the shores of a private lake, called Lac Lavigne, this is where you will fully unwind from your homely routine. Only 10 minutes from the village of Sainte-Béatrix, in the beautiful region of Lanaudière, you will find this cottage located on a huge wooded land dotted with trails. This large wooded lot of almost 200 acres is shared with only 2 other cottages.

At all season, come and refuel your energy; nature is omnipresent. In summer, the lake invites you to swim, it is fed by several small sources of water. Motor boats are prohibited, but if you have a rowing boat, do not hesitate to bring it for your stay. Fishing isn't allowed on this lake. The access to the lake and activities on the lake are prohibited during winter and during frost and thaw periods. Access to the lake is at the user's own risk. A large grassy yard awaits you where the children can play, while you could be relaxing in the sun on the terrace.

In winter, don't forget your snowshoes. You can go hiking in the forest trails. In the beautiful region of Lanaudière, winter activities abound. Bring your skis and go to one of the nearby ski centers (Ski Val Saint-Côme or Ski Montcalm). You will also be at about 20 minutes from the Super Glissades Saint-Jean-de-Matha and the Montagne Coupée for cross-country skiing. The cottage can also be accessed by snowmobile via the snowmobile trail #349 of the Circuit du Montagnard.

Take note that the property is equiped with video surveillance for outside. The camera points toward the driveway and not the yard or inside the house.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This large fully renovated cottage is appreciated for its large open space, letting in the sun throughout the day. The open area includes a play area with its table for playing cards, the living room with its wood-burning fireplace and the dining room. This room is glazed all along the outdoor terrace, offering you a privileged view of nature and the body of water. The kitchen is practical with its long counters, leaving plenty of room for the whole family to participate in the preparation of meals. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a powder room complete this floor.

On the lower floor, you will find a second living room, with its glazed wood stove. You will find a large dormitory-style bedroom as well as a multipurpose room with a Murphy bed. A large bathroom completes the premises.

Main floor: Open area including living room and dining room / kitchen / 2 closed bedrooms with 1 King bed each / 1 bathroom / 1 powder room.
Lower floor: 2nd living room with shuffleboard game / 1 bedroom (dormitory) with double bunk beds (single beds available) / 1 closed multipurpose room with Murphy bed / 1 bathroom / laundry room.
