To reserve, make sure you have your credit card number on hand. The 1st payment of 50% of the total amount will be charged to your card when booking. The 2nd payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of your arrival.

/OR/ A reservation less than 14 days from the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment, ie 100% of the total amount, upon reservation.

In addition, a security deposit of $500 for a group of less than 10 people and $1000 for a group of more than 10 people or if the maximum capacity of the residence is more than 14 people will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This deposit will be returned to you following your departure if the chalet has been left in good condition.
