This magnificent chalet, ideal for nature lovers and golf enthusiasts, is located in Saint-Jean-de-Matha. Enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding nature and the Saint-Jean-de-Matha golf course. Each season brings its share of colors and enchanting landscapes. Moreover, the terrace and the balcony are ideal for admiring the view and extending the evenings. The terrace includes a 4-season spa, the ideal place to relax after long days filled with adventures. The balcony is equipped with a barbecue and patio set, allowing you to enjoy your meals while taking in the views. As it is a corner unit, you will enjoy greater privacy.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the region is full of activities. In addition to golf, the Monte-à-Peine-et-des-Dalles Falls Regional Park offers a network of nearly 20 km of exceptional hiking trails. You will be able to admire three spectacular falls. Stop at the Auberge de la Montagne Coupée to enjoy delicious meals and admire the view. Discover Lanaudière by bike thanks to the numerous circuits. In winter, take advantage of your stay to go to the Super Glissades sur tubes in St-Jean-de-Matha. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted by an open concept layout of the kitchen, dining room and living room, which creates a friendly atmosphere. There is plenty of light thanks to the abundance of windows. You'll have everything you need to whip up delicious meals in the kitchen with your family or loved ones. Adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy your delicious meals in the dining room which offers views of the idyllic landscape. In the living room you will find a comfortable space where you can relax. Light the gas fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub where you can definitely relax. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available for added convenience. The rooms are cozy and offer a peaceful view of the surrounding nature.
