✦ Rest in one of our 3 bedrooms, two closed bedrooms and one open. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed with 2 single bunk beds, the second offers a Queen bed, and we have a Queen Murphy bed in the garden level living room as a 3rd open bedroom. We also have bed in the mezzannnine. Bath towels and bedding are included.

✦ The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and stove, so you don't have to bring anything else but your food! All dishes, utensils and glasses for 12, pots, cauldrons, and even a raclette set, cheese and chocolate fondue set, electric filter coffee maker and a Keurig are on site for your use ( capsules not included)! Some food essentials are also provided, such as salt, pepper, and items for cleaning (soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, bags, paper towels, etc.)

✦ The dining room can accommodate 10 guests with its large table.

✦ In the living area you can enjoy a smart TV allowing you to connect to your favorite applications. A large sectional awaits you as well as a hanging chair, near the warm wood-burning fireplace. We also offer board games. To liven up your evenings, the living area on the ground floor also offers bean bags to relax, a 2nd smart TV and a small fridge.

✦ The chalet is equipped with air conditioning, drinking water and electric heated floors in the kitchen, the bathroom and the entire garden level with a glycol heating system. There are two full bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the garden level in addition to a powder room on the garden level. The washer and dryer are accessible to you.

✦ Outside, you will enjoy a large lot isolated by greenery. You can enjoy the relaxation spa all year round with its magnificent terrace, after a day of activities in the region!

Passenger access
✦ You will have access to the entire chalet (with the exception of certain storage spaces) and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy.

✦ Following your reservation, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of activities and restaurants nearby!

Other Points to Note
*WARNING*
The estate is in a new developing area, so the roads are not yet paved. We advise you to come with a 4 wheel drive car in winter and spring although the roads and the parking lot of our chalet are professionally cleared of snow.

*SOUND DEVICE and CAMERAS*
It is strictly forbidden to party at the chalet. In addition to a security camera outside (only) pointing to the parking lot and the entrance to the chalet, there is an excessive noise detection device inside and outside the chalet to warn us if the noise reaches too high a decibel level. We have had bad experiences in the past, and the detector allows us to demonstrate to neighbors and police forces that there really was excessive noise or not. We define excessive noise as music or any other sound that our neighbors may hear that interferes with their enjoyment of the premises. The noise detector does not record audio. Thank you for respecting our neighborhood and enjoy the song of loons and birds!!

*ANIMALS*
Pets are ALLOWED at the cottage. At an additional cost.

*TV*
We have two smart TVs in the unit with Amazon Prime and Youtube but do not offer cable channels. You will have access to very high-speed Wifi with Bell fiber optics for other applications such as Netflix and Disney+ on which you can connect your account.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is a wood fireplace at your disposal, You have to provide your own wood. Also, you must bring your own kindling and/or paper to facilitate starting.

Travelers have access to the entire accommodation

*WINTER*
Depending on the ice conditions, it is possible to skate on the lake. I ask you to always be careful and to inspect the ice well before venturing into it. You can also visit the municipal ice rink. You cannot ice fish on the lake. Visit the Lanaudière website to find out about the sites near the chalet that offer this activity.
