Chalet for rent - Lanaudière - Saint-Calixte

This brand new spacious chalet for 12 people is located in Saint-Calixte, on the shores of Lac des Quatre Saisons. If you want to live a full nature experience with luxury and comfort, this chalet is for you!

By staying at the cottage, you can enjoy its various outdoor areas, all designed to offer you the greatest comfort. During the day, enjoy the lake for swimming, fishing or boat rides provided. There is also access to the municipal beach 2 minutes walk from the cottage. In the summer, swimming is pleasant and safe since the entry to the water is shallow and gradual. The bottom of the water is sand and small rocks. Please note that motor boats are prohibited on the lake.

Several activities of all kinds can be practiced near the chalet (golf, parachuting, karting, obstacle course, spa center). In summer, you are 15 minutes from the Atlantide water park in St-Calixte. The Forêt Ouareau regional park is about a 45-minute drive from the chalet, where hiking and biking trails are laid out. In winter, the trails are passable by cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Two ski centers are located nearby, Ski Montcalm and Val Saint-Côme, offering activities such as downhill skiing, tubing and snowshoeing.

Also take advantage of your stay to use the private 4-season spa. Nothing better before going to bed than taking a good spa to relax. Take the opportunity to admire the starry sky of the countryside.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Upon entering this cottage for rent, you will find a large open area comprising the kitchen, dining room and living room. This room is flooded with light thanks to the large bay windows overlooking the lake landscape. This room is large and comfortable for groups of up to 10 people. A bathroom is located on this floor, as well as 2 closed bedrooms. In the basement, you will find the other 2 bedrooms, as well as the second bathroom. Please note that there is no washer or dryer at the cottage.

Therefore, all people arriving at the chalet must be indicated in the contract. Our rates may also vary from one season to another and are subject to change without notice.

To book please make sure you have your credit card number on hand. The 1st payment of 50% of the total amount will be charged to your card upon booking. The 2nd payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and charged on the day of your arrival.

/OR/ A reservation less than 14 days before the date of occupancy is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment, i.e. 100% of the total amount, upon reservation.

In addition, a security deposit of $500 for a group of less than 10 people and $1000 for a group of more than 10 people or if the maximum capacity of the residence is more than 14 people will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This deposit will be returned to you after your departure if the chalet was left in good condition.
