The following rules are implemented to ensure all guests fully enjoy their stay at Camping Atlantide without any inconvenience. However, management reserves the right to expel anyone who violates these rules without any refund. All listed regulations are subject to modifications, changes, or additions at any time without prior notice by the administration of Complexe Atlantide.

FOR UNPOWERED SITES:

The suggested site is fictional and only serves as a placeholder for completing the purchase. Your site number will be assigned upon arrival. First come, first served!

RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, AND REFUND POLICY

• A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to book a campsite, ready-to-camp trailer, or chalet for stays of 3 nights or more. Reservations can be canceled, and the deposit fully refunded up to 30 days before the start of your stay. Within 29 days of your arrival, reservations are non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-transferable to another date.
• Full payment is required to book a campsite, ready-to-camp trailer, or chalet for stays of 2 nights or less. Reservations can be canceled, and the deposit fully refunded up to 30 days before the start of your stay. Within 29 days of your arrival, reservations are non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-transferable to another date.
• For chalet or ready-to-camp trailer rentals, a $500 security deposit is required at check-in via credit card (pre-authorization). Cash deposits are also accepted (refundable upon departure). In the event of damage, excessive wear, or loss of rented equipment, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your credit card or cash deposit.
• A 3.5% lodging tax applies to the total amount for ready-to-camp trailers or chalets. This tax is non-refundable if canceled within 29 days of your arrival.
• For modifications or cancellations, please contact the Complexe Atlantide Sales and Reservations team at 450-222-5225. A representative will assist you according to the applicable terms.
• In the case of accommodations, campsites, or equipment not claimed within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled without refund as of 1:00 PM the following day. No refunds are provided for early departures.
• In the event that facilities are closed due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. However, a credit may be granted at the discretion of Complexe Atlantide administration.
• Gift certificates and season passes are non-refundable or exchangeable.
• Activities are non-refundable due to bad weather, but a credit may be granted at the discretion of Complexe Atlantide administration.

REGISTRATION AND RESERVATION TERMS

• Registration is between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM at the Camping Atlantide reception. Please inform reception in case of late arrival.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before your arrival date.
• Check-ins for campsites begin at 1:00 PM, and check-outs must be completed by 11:00 AM.
• Check-ins for chalets and ready-to-camp trailers begin at 4:00 PM, and check-outs must be completed by 10:00 AM.
• No check-ins or check-outs are permitted on Saturdays due to high site traffic.
• Campsites:
• From Sunday to Thursday, there are no restrictions on the number of nights or check-in/out days.
• From Friday to Sunday, a minimum reservation of 2 nights is required.
• Chalets and ready-to-camp trailers (high season):
• Available for 2 nights (Friday to Sunday), 5 nights (Sunday to Friday), or 7 nights (Sunday to Sunday or Friday to Friday), subject to availability. Other reservation options are not permitted.
• Campsites can accommodate one family (maximum of 6 people). Double sites can accommodate up to 12 people. Additional fees apply for extra guests.
• Chalets accommodate a maximum of 8 family members (parents, children, and grandparents), except in special cases approved by management.
• Ready-to-camp trailers accommodate between 2 and 8 family members, depending on the model, unless otherwise approved by management.
• One vehicle per site is allowed. Additional vehicles must be parked in the main parking lot near reception.
• Reservations for unpowered sites do not allocate specific sites. Guests may choose from available locations within the designated area upon registration.
• Trailers, RVs, pop-up trailers, and other non-tent equipment are not allowed in unpowered zones.

GENERAL POLICIES

• The maximum speed limit is 8 km/h for all vehicles and golf carts (ZERO TOLERANCE).
• Respect your neighbors at all times. Keep music and noise at a moderate level. All noise must stop entirely by 11:00 PM without exception.
• It is strictly forbidden to harm, destroy, damage, or remove natural elements, wildlife, or flora. Violators may face a $200 fine and immediate expulsion without refund.
• Campers must keep their sites clean and free of waste. Personal garbage must be taken to designated dumpsters.
• Pets:
• One dog (or two small dogs under 20 lbs) per campsite.
• Dogs must be leashed at all times and walked by adults only.
• Dogs are not allowed in public areas, such as water parks, the zoo, restrooms, restaurants, or the beach.
• Cats are prohibited.

• Animals are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in ready-to-camp trailers and rental chalets. Violations will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

• Slingshots, air rifles, and all types of weapons are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
• Fireworks are not permitted on-site, except for those provided by Complexe Atlantide for campers.
• It is PROHIBITED to wash clothes or dishes in public sinks. Washing vehicles is also prohibited at all times.
• Selling or promoting businesses is not allowed on-site unless a formal partnership has been established with Complexe Atlantide administration.
• The possession, use, donation, sale, or any action involving drugs, including marijuana, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere on the site. Violations will result in immediate and permanent expulsion without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is prohibited in public areas. Smoking or vaping must occur at least 9 meters from buildings or in designated areas.

SAFETY

• All signage and rules posted throughout the site must be strictly followed at all times.
• Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in parks, at the pool, lake, or any location requiring supervision.
• To operate a golf cart on-site (personal or rented), you must be 16 years or older. ZERO TOLERANCE.
• After dark, bicycles without front lights are not permitted.
• The use of ATVs, dirt bikes, mini-motorcycles, hoverboards, electric bikes, electric scooters, or any other off-road vehicles is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN on-site.
• Fires must be extinguished by MIDNIGHT without exception. Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits and are subject to fire hazard conditions. Fire pits are NOT trash bins.
• Always lock your RV or trailer when leaving the area. Secure valuables and ensure bicycles are locked when left unattended. The site is not responsible for any theft or damage to personal property.
• Notify the Complexe Atlantide administration team of any situation requiring attention. The comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests are our priority.
• Rules and safety instructions for parks and attractions are posted at their entrances or on the Complexe Atlantide website and require careful review before accessing these areas.

VIOLATIONS

Any violation of the terms and conditions listed above or rules posted on-site may result in immediate expulsion without prior notice and without refund.
