Wonderful chalet completely renovated in 2024!
Located in Mandeville in the Lanaudière region (1h15 from Montreal), this magnificent residence has an enormous flat plot of land (including a garage and sheds) on the edge of Lake Deligny with a private sandy beach! Lake Deligny is known for its tranquility and cleanliness, ideal for swimming. The beach digs very slowly, offering a feeling of security to families.
Inside, you will be greeted by up-to-date country decor. Ceiling beams, a sublime stone wall and a fully glazed dining room with a view of the lake offers a cozy and soothing atmosphere. Several amenities such as wall-mounted heat pump/AC, heated floors, high-speed wifi and smart TV.
On the ground floor, you will find a closed bedroom with queen-size bed, a full bathroom with washer-dryer, a new kitchen with large island and dishwasher, a living room with wood-burning fireplace (firewood not included) and a breathtaking dining room.
On the mezzanine, you will find a second bedroom with queen-size bed and 2x single beds. A reading area with view on the water will offer you a moment of relaxation!
Outside, a terrace with BBQ overlooks the lake. At the water's edge, you will have access to a dedicated campfire location with several Adirondack chairs. Two kayaks are also at your disposal!
ACTIVITIES:
Lanaudière is known as the ATV and snowmobile paradise. Several FCMQ trails nearby. You can also enjoy several outdoor activities in the area: hiking, snowshoeing, skiing at Mont Val Saint-Côme, cross-country skiing at Chutes-du-Calvaire and on private land, hunting and fishing in the two nature reserves ( Nymphs ZEC and Mastigouche Faunal Reserve). The cottage is also located just minutes from the wonderful indoor / outdoor Le Natur'eau spa, 20 minutes from the municipal beach of St. Gabriel and St-Gabriel Vineyard.
