The environment around the cottage is wooded and very intimate allowing you to enjoy the nature to the fullest.  The exterior has been designed so that you can enjoy it all day long during the summer. The cottage has a large outdoor table available where you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air along with the sound of the river flowing nearby.

The cottage is perfect for family meetings, friend meetings or even corporate meetings. In the summer take advantage of the space offered to play sports and let the children play outside! The cottage has a play module with swings and slides available which will make the children happy. Kayaks are available at a 5-minute walk from the cottage, by using a path in the woods, shared with the neighboring cottage. 

The outdoor lounge will allow you to relax in the sun and spend quality time with loved ones. Further, the private 4-season spa will be much appreciated during evenings and nights to rest no matter the weather since it is sheltered. The end of the day can be enjoyed around the outdoor fireplace while taking the opportunity to admire the stars in the sky.

 For outdoor fanatics there are many hiking trails nearby in the beautiful region of Lanaudière to have fun for hours long. You can also reach the snowmobile and ATV trails from the cottage.

Take note that the property is equiped with video surveillance for outside. The camera points toward the driveway and not the yard or inside the house. 

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This spacious cottage has everything you need to accommodate large groups with its 6 closed bedrooms and it's 4 bathrooms. This cottage can be comfortably rent to accommodate up to 20 people.

The basement includes a large open area with a living room that has a wood fireplace with a game room with impressive windows. Further, the kitchen has a large dining room that can seat the whole group.
