Summary

La Marguerite is a 2005 construction with all facilities located on the beach of Dune du Sud near Havre aux  Maisons.

It is composed of two apartments: Le Familial and Le Loft romantique.

Le Familial

Occupying ground floor, you will find an open area , with a central gas fireplace, composed of a livingroom, dining room and a fully equiped kitchen . The apartment include two bedrooms with queensize beds and a bathroom with clawfoot bathtub and glass shower. Larges windows permit a magnificent  oceanview  and outside, a huge sundeck give access directly on the beach.

Le Loft Romantique

Located on the first floor, the Loft have a fully equiped kitchen. The combined living room and bedroom include a queensize bed, a sofa and an armchair. For an increased comfort, the bathroom is equiped with a therapeutic bathtub and a glass shower. A large balcony  overhanging the beach complete the apartment.

  • Our kitchens are well equiped with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwaves oven, washing and drying machines, dishes and even basic condiments for cooking.
  • The soundproof apartments have telephone, cable-tv and DVD player
    we are providing also bedclothes and towels

  • The reservation is confirmed at the reception of a $300 deposit (non-refundable).
  • The balance of the rental is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
  • The tenant is responsible of all damages that occur in the apartment.
  • No pets are allowed and all of our rental spaces are non-smoking.
