Rental type: Short stay and long term (32 days and over)
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of $200.
The balance of the rental is payable no later than 15 days before arrival.
No credit or refund will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
The arrival time is scheduled for 16h. Necessary to leave the cottage for 12h.
The tenant will be liable for any damage or breakage instead it occupies.
No pets are allowed and all rental spaces are non-smoking.
