Hello, we rent our beautiful house in Caplan, Baie-des-Chaleurs in Gaspésie. The place is well located, in front of the sea and close to all services and many outdoor activity centers! We are in a quiet street where children can play. There is a bike path in front of the house, the sea and easy access to the beach on foot or by car. The house is very nice, large balcony, sea view, large open living space, air conditioning.
Caplan is a very central municipality in the Baie des Chaleurs. 10-15 minutes from Bonaventure (east) and New-Richmond (west), 1:20 from Percé, 40 minutes from Carleton-sur-Mer, 40 minutes from Pin Rouge and 55 minutes from Parc de la Gaspésie.
