The environment: Located on the magnificent site of Evangeline beach, as well as at the mouth of the Cullens stream, the house offers a peaceful environment, sheltered from the traffic of route 132. The sea is on the west side. and the stream, south side. East side, a wooded area. With the rising and falling tides, the stream offers the spectacle of an abundant aquatic fauna: Heron, Night heron, Kingfisher, otter, duck, fishing eagle, falcon etc.

Évangéline beach, more than a km long, extends to the eastern bank (Île aux Pirates) for another km., Overlooking the mouth of the Bonaventure River and its aquatic reserve. The beach offers a view of Bonaventure, all the more beautiful at nightfall, when the city lights up and the striped bass fishermen settle in. The perfect time for a strike fire. Summer and winter, the surrounding decor is superb.

The house is made up of two independent floors with external and independent entrances. The main accommodation (the entire 1st floor) is offered for rent.

Rental schedule: In the summer season, rental is offered by the week, arrivals on Saturdays and departures on Fridays (6 nights). Complete chalet formula.

Pricing valid for 1 to 4 persons. Exceptionally 6 people (fee for 5th and 6th person). Out of season, arrival and departure days are flexible. Minimum rental of two nights.

The house/description: -The house is fully equipped. With a dimension of 28'x40' or 1120ft2 (104m2). -It includes a full bathroom with a large glass shower as well as a whirlpool bath and frontal washer-dryer. 2 closed bedrooms (Bedroom 1: King bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed (with possibility of reconfiguring the room to open a single retractable bed). Bedding and towels provided. Large open concept room including: The fully equipped kitchen area (vitroceramic convection stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary equipment for cooking) + breakfast area or office + dining area + lounge area with sofa, coffee tables, 2 armchairs, smart TV (note that there is no cable company but you can broadcast on the TV, all the content you want from multiple applications included in the TV, as on your mobile devices), Unlimited fiber optic wireless high-speed internet (no worries for teleworking). Vestibule space. Exterior: Exterior balcony with parasol, table and chairs + BBQ + storage shelter for leisure accessories + large lot with picnic table and parasol + deck chairs. A beach kit is also available for you (folding chairs, beach towels, umbrella, picnic set (tablecloth, crockery and cutlery).

• An additional information book is made available to tenants in the house. It includes tourist information, suggestions for useful mobile applications for your stay (ex: tide times), indications when the operation of certain devices, indications relating to the environment of the house etc.
• Smoke-free and animal-free environment.
• Specific measures concerning COVID-19: About the arrival at the house; The house is equipped with an access code lock, which allows your arrival without exchange of keys. Also, I would like to inform you that I am implementing a very strict maintenance and sanitation protocol between each tenant. I can give you the details on request.
