The ManAdalA house is located in the hollow of a small valley. Recent house with large windows. It faces south.
HAS 5 minutes drive from the sea. 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bed) The bedrooms are upstairs. Internet connection. (Put your phone calls on wifi call.)
Upstairs there is a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a bath that makes you dream. There is a powder room on the ground floor. Dishwasher, electric stove, espresso coffee maker, and all the equipment for cooking (dishes, cookware, appliances). Washer and dryer. Bedding and towels provided.
- The house is located in a row; little traffic.
- Wooden patio with patio set and sun shade.

- A large garden, an orchard and a large forest on the land.
- The river is swimmable and very welcoming.
You will be less than 5 minutes from the village of Saint-Siméon and 10 minutes by car from the village of Bonaventure. (grocery store, bakery, fishmongers, restaurants, SAQ, café, pub...)
The owner of the house lives during the summer in a prospector tent in the forest between the house and the river. He keeps access to the workshop in the small barn. I will be discreet but I circulate near the house while respecting your space.
(For 5 people but possibility of adding a small mattress on the floor for a child in one of the bedrooms)
