This charming home on the shores of Lac Boissonneault offers a great change of scenery for your vacation. It has a distinctive private spa sheltered in a gazebo for guests to relax in privacy while enjoying a magnificent view of the lake and the natural scenery surrounding the property. The yard is tastefully landscaped with flowers, small groves and mature trees, while the lawn has plenty of room to stretch out comfortably on a beach towel under the warm sun. Water sports are a prime activity here. Use the craft provided (rowboat, pedal boat, kayaks) or bring your own motorboat and launch it at the marina near Camping des Baies, which also has a children's playground. Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted with the opportunities for a great catch! Species in Lac Boissonneault include walleye, sunfish, perch and bass. Guests never get bored at La Villa du Havre with all the activities to enjoy: spa, barbecue, outdoor fireplace (wood provided) and semi-inground pool (heated from July 1 to September 1), not mention to swimming in the lake right from the property!

La Villa du Havre has large, well-lit open-concept common areas. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances and practical island. As you prepare a delicious meal, chat with your guests in the adjoining dining room, where patio doors lead out to the yard for a meal in the fresh air. The living room has a satellite television, DVD player and wood stove (wood provided) that warms the house nicely. La Villa du Havre has 2 complete bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath). Four cozy closed bedrooms can accommodate up to 16 guests. The tastefully decorated bedrooms feature quality bedding and comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a patio door opening onto a private balcony.

The Villa du Havre now has a newly furnished lounge with a pool table area for your entertainment (in the garage). You'll find 2 sofa beds so the cottage can now accomodate groups of up to 14 people to sleep.

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.

/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
