Located in the countryside of Val-Joli, in the Eastern Townships, this charming property will delight you with its wide open spaces and up-to-date interior. You are on a 100-acre land of fields and forests, you can be assured of calm during your stay in the country. This huge space is perfect for outdoor activities with your group! Walking trails are criss-crossing the land for you to fully enjoy nature.
With its huge terrace, behind the house, you will be able to enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast. There is also a private 4-season hot tub. Evenings in the hot tub and around the fire will be memorable! Take the opportunity to contemplate the starry sky of the countryside.
The large grassy area of the front yard of the cottage will be greatly appreciated by children who have plenty of energy! Children can have fun and run as they please. This cottage for rent is located at the end of a long private yard. On arrival, you pass a stable and the house is a little further down the road.
In winter, activities are numerous, both at the cottage and in the region! There are snowmobile trails 2 minutes away from the cottage's entrance. Thus, those who wish to, can bring their snowmobiles, and even store them in the shed next to the house. You will find 5 to 6 places snowmobile parking spaces. The large land will allow you to go snowshoeing in the field and woods.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES
This large house completely renovated will please any kind of group. Whether with family, friends or for work, this cottage for rent offers many amenities to accommodate everyone. This cottage has a large kitchen where you can prepare your meals in a group and a large dining room with a wood fireplace. Entertainment is waiting for you at this cottage! The indoor pool will be greatly appreciated, by children and adults as well! The garage of this property has been renovated into a lounge with a pool table and a bar area, as well as a living room with a TV.
Once the day has passed, when you just want to relax a bit, you can do it in one of the two lounges / relaxation areas of the chalet. The six bedrooms of the house offer all the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay. Three bathrooms complete the property.

Pool: The room with indoor heated pool is 6 steps lower than the ground floor
