This charming vacation home sits the shores of Lac Boissonneault in the Eastern Townships village of Saint-Claude. The large, tree-bordered property and private dock provide all the intimacy and peace you could ask for, making this the perfect place to have some fun and relax. With so many activities to choose from, guests young and old are sure to have a great time. A large terrace stretching along the front of the property offers a wonderful view of the lake and is the ideal spot to bask in the sun or prepare a scrumptious barbecued meal. Vacationers love to swim and you won't find a better place for it! And when you're ready to come out of the water, there's lots of room to spread out a towel on the lawn. Direct access to the lake means you'll enjoy the waterfront every minute of your stay!
During their stay, guests are invited to head out on the lake in one of the watercraft provided (1 pedal boat, 1 rowboat and 2 kayaks). For fishing enthusiasts, walleye, sunfish, perch and bass are plentiful in Lac Boissonneault. At the end of the day, lie back in the all-season spa or relax around a fire under the starry night sky.
*** For guests with their own boat, a launch ramp is available at the marina in the local campground. *** Between Thanksgiving and the Patriots' weekend, we can not guarantee that the dock will be installed and that the watercrafts will be available. ***
This spacious property with 4 closed bedrooms and 1 open bedroom has a maximum capacity of 13. Complete with a beautiful rustic gas fireplace and extensive woodwork, the recently constructed home has a delightful open-concept ground floor. The large glassed dining room receives plenty of morning sun and offers a direct view of the lake. You will aslo find : A fully equipped kitchen with island, a cozy living room with gas fireplace, a dining room and a bathroom.

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
