Privacy, calm and peace await at La Dolce Vita! This large, modern-style cottage is set in the heart of the countryside in the municipality of Ulverton, one of the Eastern Townships most beautiful hamlets. The property sits across a private lake from its neighbour, La Bellissima. A small sandy beach will be a popular spot with children who like to build castles or get their feet wet. A pedal boat is also available to explore the lake.
Summer or winter, there are a host of activities to enjoy. In the covered all-season spa you can relax and enjoy the magical surroundings. Located on the edge of a forest, La Dolce Vita is ideal for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and hiking. A full range of cultural and sporting activities are also available in the region.
* The private lake is shared by two cottages at opposite ends. Please note that abundant aquatic plant life in the lake may make swimming less enjoyable for some people. Between Thanksgiving and the Patriots' weekend, we can not guarantee that the watercrafts will be available. *
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES
The cottage has an immense cathedral ceiling, spacious rooms, large windows and a superb stone fireplace dominating the living room. The 3-storey property offers all the conveniences of urban living: flat-screen television, Blu-ray player, satellite television, fireplace (wood provided), barbecue, Wi-Fi and much more. Luxury and comfort are the order of the day! The open-concept common area with kitchen (complete with island), living room and dining room is a great place to gather for a meal with friends or family. The property has 5 closed bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Every person going to the cottage must be mentioned on the contract. Rates may also vary for season to season and are subject to change without notice.

During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
