Being a fervent follower of fishing, hunting, hiking in the forest and water sports, I now want to share these activities all concentrated in one place; La Perchee du Lac.
Place where you can go pedal boating, kayaking, swimming, hiking in the forest in summer and winter with snowshoes, trout fishing, perch or bass, row boat, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, observing animals in the wild, all this while respecting nature around an ecological lake.
The conservation of the quality of the lake is validated each year by the owner's association and the fish is stocked there. The water is crystal clear, you can even see the bottom there.
The orientation of the property means that you enjoy the sun all day long with its terraces which surround the chalet.
Have a coffee in the early morning at the end of the dock or take advantage of the day to read while the family is playing in the water.
Take the time to join the trails southbound because less than 15 minutes walk you will reach the observation point of Lake Larouche which offers a magnificent view of the eastern townships. And a place to practice rock climbing.

Refundable damage deposit. A pre-authorization of CAD 1000.00 is due 1 day before arrival and released 3 days after departure.

SPA: The water must be kept clean and free from soap or foam. follow the instructions well leave at your disposal. Otherwise, you will be charged a $ 250 reconditioning fee without further notice.
The main tenant is responsible for the property and is responsible for any breakage or theft of equipment. He is also responsible for his guests and all must conduct themselves with respect for the neighborhood and nature.
The person in charge of the chalet must be at least 21 years old.
It is allowed to make open fires only open at the place provided for this purpose respecting the municipal regulations of 1 meter by 1 meter maximum and be in control of the fire at all times, no one can leave the fire unattended. Only wood provided for this purpose can be used.
