Cottage for rent - Eastern Townships - Cleveland

Come relax and enjoy the fresh air of the countryside. This charming country-style house is located in Cleveland near Richmond, at the limits of the Eastern Townships and Central Quebec. You will be charmed by this bucolic place. This ancestral house is surrounded by a terrain that invites to calm and relaxation. Mature trees provide shade for rest. Nature lovers will be delighted: the place offers breathtaking scenery, birds sing and the fragrance of flowers dazzle the air.

The exterior layout has been redone to allow groups or large families to have fun, as well as to rest. The large inground pool (18X33) with salt  is interesting for everyone! Hours of fun swimming and playing in the water. A private 4-season hot tub is also available, in addition to being covered and sheltered, in case of bad weather.

The yard has volleyball net, swings and a sandbox. Children can also explore the surrounding woods to discover a small stream and many other wonders. In some places, the stream forms small basins where it is nice to cool off. You will find it after a 5-minute walk from the chalet, taking a path in the forest. A variety of cultural and sports activities are also available nearby. In the evening, you can gather around a fire pit outside. And what better than a BBQ dinner or to relax in the private spa to end the day? This cottage for rent will certainly bring you lots of unforgettable moments.

Take note that the property is equiped with video surveillance for outside. The camera points toward the driveway and not the yard or inside the house. 

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

A warm and rustic decor awaits you. On the ground floor, you will find a well equipped and pleasant kitchen to prepare all your meals of the stay. The living room is welcoming and equipped with a rustic wood fireplace, which will be well appreciated during winter stays. You will find a small multifunction room right next to the living room. This room can serve as a small resting place or bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed. The other four bedrooms of the house are upstairs.

Ground floor: Kitchen and dining room / Living room with fireplace with a Double bed pull out couch/ Multifunction room, bedroom # 1: 1 sofa bed / Full bathroom (with bath-shower).
