For your family or friends meetings, seminars, workshops or any other group reunion, L'Usine located in Stanstead in the Eastern Townships can accommodate groups of up to 35 people.
The 13,000 sq. Ft. (1,200 sq. Ft.) building includes 9 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a 1400 square foot (130 sq. Ft.) Kitchen and an 800 sq. ft. solarium / living room (75 sq. ft.).
For cycling, skiing and nature lovers L'Usine offers direct access via its course on the Tomifobia Nature Trail. A 19 km trail along the Tomifobia River, between Route 141 at Ayer's Cliff and Route 247 in Beebe (Stanstead), Quebec, in the heart of the Eastern Townships natural and architectural heritage.
Come and enjoy a memorable experience with your family or friends in this former 1900s factory. Completely renovated and adapted to receive groups in a unique, warm and friendly atmosphere. Large spacious rooms will charm you throughout your stay.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR
This place is ideal for large family and friends gatherings. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare industrial quantities of meals to be served at the numerous dining tables and the large island. Everyone can relax while chatting in the open living room, and for moments filled with laughter, can have fun at the foosball and air hockey tables. Each room, as cozy as the other, has its own style that will surely charm you!

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
