Terms and Conditions

• Rental: You are renting the entire Le Domaine Bolton chalet, for 8 people and 1 dog. You also have access to all the trails on the estate (22 acres) and the stream.
• Inclusions: Electricity, heating, high-speed internet (100mbps), firewood, and propane for the BBQ (summer).
• Extras: Additional fees of $25/person/night for extra guests and dogs, up to a maximum of 10 people and 2 dogs.
• Cleaning fees: 200$ for monthly stays
• Supplies: Bath towels, beach towels, all necessary kitchen supplies, and bedding.
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in at 4 pm on the day the rental begins and check-out at 10 am on the last day.
• Deposit and Reservation: A deposit of $1,000, payable by Interac transfer to this email or at 514-946-6294, to secure your reservation. Deposit refundable if the reservation is canceled 60 days before check-in. This deposit will be returned to you (by Interac transfer) no later than 48 hours after check-out if nothing has been damaged.
• Payment: Full payment required no later than 14 days before check-in.
