An elegant 7-bedroom, in process of Leed-certified, eco-cottage that can accommodate up to 20 people for an unforgettable gathering in a scenic, inspiring and intimate location. The property is currently under construction. New photos will be added soon.
Located at 30 minutes from Magog and 15 minutes from Owl's Head and 1h15 from Montreal, our leed certified cottage and passive house concept offers a unique nature experience. Located in the middle of the forest on 22 acres of land and with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, visitors will be able to do outdoor activities while enjoying a luxury cottage experience.
The wideness of the site will allow you to have fun and also to relax in front of a good fire or when enjoying the hot tub. The Nordic bath experience available only for the occupants of the cottage will offer you privacy and relaxation.
Our playground will allow children to have fun both outdoors and indoors. They can run at will in our trails and also jump into the pool as often as they wish.
Adults will enjoy the warmth of one of our many fireplaces or practice their skills by playing pool tournaments or playing one of the many board games available on site.
Ideal for hosting corporate and family events as well as celebrations, the cottage Les Ambiances will make you experience a stay that is relaxing, unifying and above all unforgettable.
The activities in the picturesque region of the Eastern Townships are numerous: beaches, golf clubs, ski mountain, biking and hiking trails, good restaurants, beautiful shops and art galleries, and much more to discover!
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The 7 cozy bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower and a bath, will allow you to experience the hotel life while being in your private cottage. The ground floor offers an interesting configuration and large open space for people with reduced mobility.
Our large, well-equipped kitchen will allow you to cook or to invite a chef who will love the size and quality of our facilities.
Ground floor: Large open area with living room, games room / Kitchen and dining room / Entrance with vestibule / 1 closed bedroom with private bathroom / half-bathroom.
Upstairs: 6 closed bedrooms with private bathroom / lounge area

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 1500 security deposit will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
