- Initial payment of 50% of the value of the stay at the time of booking (bank transfer e-transfer).
- Full payment of the balance of the value of the stay (4) week before arrival (e-transfer bank transfer).
- Security deposit of $1000 on arrival (e-transfer bank transfer) refundable within 48 hours of departure (minus damages or shortages in the inventory of goods and equipment, if applicable).
Cancellation terms:
- In the event of cancellation, no refund of the initial payment (i.e. 50% of the value of the stay) less than 30 days prior to the reservation.
- No refund when the reservation is made less than 30 days before the stay.
- No refund in case of premature departure during the period of stay.
