Our house sits on a large lot sloping all the way to the lake. Sitting 100' above & 500' away form the shoreline, its 140 000sq.ft. and 175ft of shoreline are a natural haven.
From the lake as well as from the house, you'll enjoy stunning views of the lake, the islands and the mountains. The western orientation will provide wonderful sunsets view. The large deck and floating docks will let you enjoy the lake year-round. Its 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bathroom + extra sleeping area confortably accomodate 8 peoples. It is a well-equipped house with all modern amenities; complete kitchen, laundry room, high-speed internet, TV (Netflix), two garages, central air conditionning, etc. A large dining table inside and another one on the terrace as well as the double sized living room are all suited for eight people. A cozy fireplace and an outside fire pit complete this country perfect place.
A reservation and safety deposit of one month's rent will be required upon booking.
Subject to review, certain dog may be accepted. An additional maintenance deposit will be required as well as a maintenance fee of $ 100 per month.
The maximum sleeping capacity is 10 people.
The rentor is fully responsible for any damage occurring to the property.
Strict rules regarding waste that can be disposed to the septic system applies. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the immediate end of the rental period with no possibility of reimbursement.
Minimum stay 32 days.
