Minimum stay: 5 nights
Cleaning fees ($180 per stay) and applicable taxes are extra.
Reservation:
A reservation deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay (including taxes) is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. Payment of the balance of the total amount of the stay must be made no later than 2 days before the arrival date. A security deposit of $800.00 CAD is also required no later than 7 days before the arrival date. This deposit is 100% refundable within 7 days of the departure date provided that the inspection of the premises has confirmed that everything is in good condition and that the regulations have been followed. Any damage or non-compliance with the regulations will be deducted from this security deposit. The minimum age to make a reservation is 30 years.
