This chalet is located 15 minutes from downtown Magog and 25 minutes from Newport, Vermont. A path on stilts with observation areas will lead you to Lake Memphremagog. It is accessible by a community park on the edge of the lake, located within walking distance. Several animals can be seen on site: deer, great blue herons, bustards, turtles, etc.
Boat launch and possibility of renting a rowboat or pontoon at the marina located 5 minutes from the chalet.
