The chalet, built in 2018, offers a modern look in harmony with nature. A peaceful, spacious and bright space that gives you access to Fitchbay Bay and Lake Memphremagog via the stream at the back of the house (the stream is navigable for boats without a motor)
This magical place is located on an intimate lot of approximately 2 acres. The rooms are intimate and the interior finishes upscale. An attached garage allows you to store ATV, snowmobile, bicycle, paddle board or kayak.
Start your days in the spa to the sound of nature, and let the warmth of the fireplace accompany your evenings with family or friends.
A community park on the shores of Lake Memphremagog as well as a wharf are within walking distance. Note that no motor boat can be moored at the dock.
