Summary
In order to settle down with family or friends, the warm Woodland chalet offers you a magnificent view of Lake Stukely located in Eastman in a private domain. The privacy provided by the 4-acre wooded lot will finally allow you to unwind and breathe in the tranquility. A few minutes walk from its access to the lake, you can enjoy swimming in the summer. A double kayak and a paddle board are available to you free of charge. The lake is very suitable for these activities since there are few residents.
The spa and barrel sauna are available at all times for an optimal relaxation experience. An outdoor fire area has been set up to occupy your evenings under the starry sky. The chalet has a large balcony surrounded by trees with a magnificent view of the lake and the mountain. The abundant windows will allow you to admire the nature that will surround you during your stay.
Inside, "feeling at the cottage" will take on its full meaning with the enormous stone fireplace as well as the wood finishes that bring character and warmth. The comfort and conviviality of this cottage will ensure that your stay is revitalizing. You will have plenty of space thanks to the open-concept living room with the large dining room. The fully equipped kitchen also offers plenty of additional storage. It is on the ground floor that we find the bathroom with the laundry room.
The master bedroom located upstairs is spacious with its King bed. Adjacent to it, the full bathroom with the freestanding bathtub and shower offers a dream suite. When you wake up, you will be charmed by the view and will have access to the second balcony. There are 2 other bedrooms, the first with a Queen bed also having a view of the lake as well as access to the balcony. The second with a single bed to which you can add an additional single bed, perfect for children. The second full bathroom is also there.
On the garden level, an additional mudroom style entrance will be useful when you return from your winter walk or your day of skiing. The large family room will allow you to play games, including table soccer, and it offers enough space for the children to move around or watch a good movie. The 4th bedroom with a Queen bed and an additional single bed allows more tranquility while also having access to another full bathroom.
The estate is a place where tranquility and respect for nature are very important values. The small wooded paths that crisscross the mountain will allow you to get some fresh air and admire nature. In addition, 22 hectares of forest are now part of the Appalachian corridor, a protected area where you can walk in the forest. Very close to the Mont-Orford National Park and its various activities such as hiking, skiing, mountain biking, climbing, etc. In all seasons, you will have choices for being outdoors. Very close to the La Montagnarde green route, the Abbey circuit, the Missisquoi-Nord Park as well as the renowned Spa Eastman, spending time at the Woodland chalet will allow you to discover this magnificent region.

Without taxes
25% of the rental cost is required when booking. The balance of the rental is payable 30 days before the start date of the stay.
When the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required.
A cleaning fee of $200 is requested per monthly rental
A security deposit of $500 CAD will be required from the tenant for the 2nd payment and refunded 7 days after departure if no damage is found by the landlord.
If the cancellation notice is received 90 days or more before the start date of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded by the landlord, a fee of $200 will be retained.
If the cancellation notice is received 60 days or more before the start date of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded by the landlord.
If the cancellation notice is given less than 60 days before the start date of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be retained by the landlord as damages.
