Enchanting cottage beside lake Massawippi and near the charming village of Ayer's Cliff in the Eastern Townships. Quiet place, ideal for a romantic outing, a most needed break, familly reunion, a business meeting or simply to watch birds.
The house can accomodate up to 10 people. There is a modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 fireplaces, TV/cable, DVD, internet, and lake access for canoe/kayak. Come a try the hot water from a spa in all seasons.
The house is beside a cross-country ski trail. Downhill ski, golf resorts and cultural centres are nearby (e.g. Orford at about 15 min, Magog at 10 min). We are located at about 1h15 from Champlain Bridge.

Lake for fishing, restaurants, cross-country skiing, bird watching site. Downhill ski center of Orford. The cultural center of Orford. There are also several golf courses close to Ayer's cliff, including North-Hatley, Waterville and Orford.
On Saturday morning go to the village walk (music, organic vegetables, pastry and pastries).
During the summer, take the canoe to explorate the lake. Fishing or swimming are 100m away. Of the chalet
Campfire in the back yard. Hiking trail 2 minutes from the house. Bars, restaurants, bakery and gift shop simply by taking the bike path. Fireplace in the garden.
Cycling network, etc., near the USA, access to various lakes, 10 minutes from Magog.
