This rental cottage is perfectly comfortable for up to 12 people. Its large open space and play areas for children and adults are sure to liven up and fill with laughter, shaking up the almost unchanging tranquility of the surroundings. With 4 comfortable, enclosed bedrooms, our home offers private rest areas for everyone.
Ground floor: open-plan kitchen and dining room / bathroom with shower and laundry / living room
Upstairs: Bedroom #1: one King-size bed / Bedroom #2: one King-size bed / Bedroom #3: one Queen-size bed / Bedroom #4: one Queen-size bed / open-plan living area with sofa bed and foosball table (2 additional foam mattresses are available if needed)

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
