(There is no dock at the lake)

Le Borivage brings the 'lake ambiance' to life in sophisticated simplicity. A brand-new chalet with carefully selected materials and a tastefully decorated interior: the premises inspire a carefree stay. Spacious and bright, its large windows look out onto the open sea for a soothing view.

With its three cozy bedrooms, it's the perfect getaway for families or couples retreat. The 4th bedroom is an open-plan mezzanine with a futon and a single bed for more space and comfort for our guests.

Ground floor: Open-plan living and dining room / Kitchen / Bedroom #1 with one King-size bed / Bedroom #2 with one Queen-size bed / Full bathroom with glass shower and tub / Laundry room

Upstairs: Bedroom #3 with one (size) bed and a bunk bed (a single bed on top and a full-size bed at the bottom / Full bathroom with shower

Mezzanine (Access from bedroom #3): Bedroom #4 with single bed and full-size futon

/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
