A L'OMBRE DES VINAIGRIERS
Nestled in an undergrowth of moss fern, rock this luxurious remains its assets. Intimate at the end of a dead end road, protected from large mature trees will welcome your loved ones.
Under the porches, you have access to a large hall that opens onto the terrace, the pool and the spectacular view. Every thins is rought, concrete natural wood, métal and scrout. A large common area offers a lounge, dining room and a kitchen whose massive hearth majestic hearth will brighten your evenings.
The master bedroom and its neighborhoods are unique, completely open to nature. His bathroom is fully open with a double shower and a huge bath in the floor. In the living room two extra single sofa ( 28x72 ) can accommodate children by removing the back cushions.
The second floor accommodates 2 bedrooms with their bathroom. Queen bedroom and a single overlooking the living room and a room with 2 single beds. In the hall there's alaso queen size Murphybed. In the basement there are two other bedrooms, a Queen bed and a King with their private sitting room with an extra single sleeping sofa.
Exeptionnaly a small loft is also offered to one in the basement (4 people). An open bedroom and 2 extra single couches for children. This loft is available for groups of more than 16 people otherwise occupied by me or other. Its hiring is obligatory for the parts, otherwise the house must respect a certain calm after 11pm or tell us if you do a party. Although in the middle of the forest the respect of the tranquility of the neighborhood is primordial.
Outside a large terrasse of 20 by 70ft with swimming pool ( june 24th -sept 15th ) and Turkish bath. The Turkish bath is a concrete basin whose temperature can vary up to 100F. The sliding structure protecting it is a bed to put the cushions to stretch and relax. The pool with fall, gargoyle and beach is unheated refreshing water june to falls.
You just have to bring your belongings, your food, your wood for the home and ice. Towels no face flanel and bedding are provided. The extra sheets are under the foldaway bed. Arrivals are from 16 hr and departures at 12hrs. The house must be put back row without damage.
There is no grass, native landscaping is a different concept and especially integrated and requires no maintenance or herbicides. The furnishing is minimal of basic quality, you buy the privacy of the large plot, the off-standard architecture, the very large terrace the pool and the bath. You must note that the house accepts animals you must take into consideration if you are allergic. The land is steep, it is not recommended for young children without supervision.
The house is in a steep slope the 4 wheels drive is recommended by snowfall time. Snow removal is done but not sanded, sandbags are at your disposal.

No refund for cancelation, only sublit is possible with my approbation. You can also change date if available in the same price range.
