Complex with a superb view of Mount Brome (Ski Bromont).

Three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. Natural gas fireplace and air conditioning/heat pump. High definition television with cable in living room, television in each bedroom and Wi-Fi internet.

Fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig brewer and separate washer and dryer. One (1) assigned parking spot. Heated pool, exercise room, two (2) common area BBQ and exterior fireplace.

Balcony overlooking the outdoor pool and Mount Brome. Patio set with table and 6 chairs. Lockers for skis and bicycles.

Two (2) minutes by car to Mount Brome - Ski Bromont. Cross country skiing, snowshoeing, cycling trails, mountain and fat bike trails, hiking trails and the water park in the summer. Many prestigious golf courses in the vicinity. Ten (10) minutes drive to the Olympic equestrian park, fifteen (15) minutes to the Balnea Thermal Reserve and thirty (30) minutes from the Granby Zoo.

Near the condo: Golf du Château Bromont (1 km) Mount Brome - Ski Bromont and Waterpark (2km) and Beach lake Bromont (15 km).
