With its breathtaking view of the main slope of Bromont, its wood-burning fireplace and its sunny terrace, this condo is a true paradise for outdoors enthusiasts. Fully furnished, can accommodate 6 people (2 double bunk beds and a queen bed), washer, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, internet connection, common pool reserved for condos in the project, two parking spaces. Well-stocked kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your meals, and more!
Minimum 32 days or yearly rental only. Available from July 1, 2023.

- $150 cleaning fee applicable per stay.
- Security deposit of $1,000. Refundable 10 days after the end of the stay.
- 50% of the rental cost is required when booking. The balance of the rent is payable 30 days preceding the date of the beginning of the stay.
- When the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required.
- The Lessor will accept payment by interac transfer only.
- Any cancellation must be made by written notice addressed to the Lessor.
- If the cancellation notice is received more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the deposit of
50% will be retained by the Lessor as damages. - If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the Tenant will be
required to pay the full amount of the rental, except the security deposit which will be returned. - If the cancellation is made after the start date of the stay, the Tenant will be required to pay the full amount of the rental, except for the security deposit for breakage and damage which will be returned.
- In the event that the stay should be canceled or interrupted due to unforeseen problems at
building (water, electricity, etc.), the Landlord's liability would be limited to the cost of the rental. Unused days would then be refunded, but no additional compensation would be granted.
