Taxes included
A deposit of 30% of the rental amount will be due at the time of booking. The balance of 70% of the rental amount will be debited from your credit card 30 days before your arrival at the condo.
Note that cleaning every 2 weeks is mandatory and payable by the tenant when booking. The applicable household amount will be added to your reservation.
The rental price is per month and varies depending on the unit chosen and the time of year. Prices are at the discretion of each owner.
A security deposit of $1000 will be requested as a guarantee in the event of breakage or damage to the condo. This will be held on your credit card and will be refunded at the end of the rental, after the inspection of the condo. In the event of a minor breakage, an amount equivalent to the value of the breakage will be deducted if necessary.
You must provide proof of civil liability insurance from your insurer for any rental.
You can cancel a reservation within 30 days before the rental date, but the amounts already paid will not be refundable.
You can move a reservation if another unit is available on the dates you want and the rate per month is the same, otherwise additional charges may apply.
