Reservation Deposit:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid 1 month before your arrival. Once your deposit has been processed, an email will be sent to you. Please read and sign the rental contract and return it to us by email within 48 hours of receipt. Your reservation will only be confirmed once we have received the signed contract. The balance of the total amount will be due 30 days before your arrival.

A security deposit of $500 will be required 1 week before your arrival. This will be refunded within 1 week after your departure unless property damage has been found. ALL DAMAGES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. If you decide to leave the chalet before the departure date indicated in your contract, for any reason, NO REFUND will be granted.

Cancellation:
You may cancel your reservation without any charges up to 60 days before your arrival.

Number of Occupants:
For insurance and safety reasons, the number of individuals SLEEPING at the property must not exceed 10 people. Non-compliance with this rule will result in the termination of the rental agreement.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed. However, there may be an exception for small dogs, SUBJECT TO OUR APPROVAL.

Non-Smoking:
Please note that it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to smoke inside the chalet and the common areas. A $500 fine will be applied to your credit card if you or any of your guests smoke inside the chalet or the common areas. If you smoke outside the property, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

General Information:
The decision to rent and use the facilities is entirely at the tenant's risk. No responsibility is accepted by the owners for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of enjoyment, or loss of personal effects or any damage to the personal property of the tenant or their guests. In the event of a situation beyond our control, during your stay, no refund will be granted.

Fees are applicable for early arrivals or late departures. Please contact us 48 hours before your arrival if you wish to take advantage of these options.

Respect for the Premises and Safety:
Please help us keep this chalet and its surroundings in good condition by respecting the usage rules and using common sense. Note that surveillance cameras are installed outside to protect the entrance doors to prevent break-ins and ensure the property's safety.
