Flat land, beach, view, everything is there to guarantee you a successful moment of relaxation. For the hot days, the covered terrace and the air conditioning will be appreciated. A fire pit is also available for summer evenings.

This cottage is ideal for a family or friends who want to take it easy and wake up to the sound of birds singing!

Open area on the first floor, including a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom. We also have air conditioning!

The basement has two bedrooms and a family room, which accommodates an extra bed and a washer/dryer area.

But the highlight is without a doubt the large flat lot, perfect for games or evenings by the fire. There is a small deck at the far end, near the water, where you can admire the scenery or watch the kids swim with peace of mind.

This property is distinguished by its terrace where meals during the summer season will be accompanied by a view of the lake and nature. You will be able to prepare your meals on the BBQ and enjoy them outside, in order to make the most of the outdoors.

Less than 15 minutes from the Coaticook Gorge Park and Foresta Lumina (which attracts thousands of spectators each year) as well as Mount Hereford and its many hiking and mountain biking trails.

For golf lovers, the Coaticook Golf Course and its picturesque site is a must. Take the opportunity to climb Mount Pinnacle! It offers a steep slope and for hikers, a 7 km trail that takes you to the summit where you can admire Lake Lyster. In summer, you can rent kayaks!

So? Bring your golf clubs, jerseys, binoculars, hiking or climbing shoes, fishing rods and snowshoes in winter.
