Summary

Beautiful little cozy chalet on the edge of an ecological lake in the Eastern Townships region.

On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom as well as a bathroom and an open area including kitchen, dining room and living room. You also have the patio door that leads directly to the huge terrace with a magnificent view of the lake.

In the basement there is a 2nd living room with a queen sofa bed, video games, the children's bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and the machine room with the washer/dryer. There is also direct access to the covered terrace leading to the water's edge.

Outside you will find a dining area and a lounge area on the terrace with a BBQ.

We also have a pedal boat, a canoe and a paddle board that we leave for our guests.

You will also find several outdoor games, fishing rods and some life jackets of different sizes.
