This property is snow-covered in winter and surrounded by huge gardens in summer. At the crossroads of the Sentiers de l'Estrie, the Réserve naturelle des Montagnes vertes and the Parc d'Environnement Naturel de Sutton network, it's a paradise for hiking, sliding, biking and nature lovers. A incredible spot.

For a 32-day reservation - A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required to confirm your reservation. The percentage may vary depending on the length of the rental.
The signed rental contract and photo ID with address must be sent by e-mail.
The balance of the rental cost will be paid on the first day of the period covered by the rental contract (or other as agreed) either by bank transfer or cash.
Cancellation policy :
For a refund of the deposit, cancellation must be made 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. An administration fee of 10% of the total rental amount will be charged.
No credit or refund will be given for late arrivals and/or early departures.
Security deposit :
500$ due at time of unit pick-up. (The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure if all conditions are met).
