Ô Chalet, picturesque traditional style property resting on a large lot bordered by Lac des Trois-Lacs. Enjoy the superb panoramic view of the lake and the sublime sunset, simply memorable!
We love the house, the swing, the spa and this pretty lake where you can go kayaking in peace!
Housing The chalet is located on the edge of the Trois-Lacs, 2 hours from Montreal or Quebec and 30 minutes from Victoriaville.
It has four bedrooms, a large living room and a family room in the basement, everyone will find their privacy while finding areas to gather.
Orignal bedroom: One king bed.
Bear bedoom: One queen bed.
Wolf bedroom: One queen bed.
Deer bedroom: One queen bed.
1 Sofa bed in the upstairs living room.
1 Sofa bed in the basement living room.
1 Sofa-bed composed of a single bed upstairs and a double bed (convertible into a sofa) downstairs.
The municipal beach is 500 meters from the chalet, you have a private descent on the ground to access your dock and the lake.
The property has a playpen, booster chair and bed rails are available for young children.
You can also enjoy unlimited high-speed internet.
Out of respect for the neighborhood and for peace of mind during your stay, it is very important to respect the cessation of all outdoor activities after 10:30 p.m. The neighborhood is very strict about respecting the restriction on the number of people allowed in the chalet, and especially about noise after 10:30 p.m. Please take this request seriously.
Please note that the outdoor facilities (boats, dock, furniture, BBQ and playhouse) are available from May 15 to October 15. Before this period, the terrain and the lake are still partly snow-covered and/or icy.
The chalet has a pellet stove in the basement (pellets not provided) and an electric fireplace on the ground floor.
There are four adult life jackets and two child life jackets to use the three kayaks.
6 seater spa available all year round. It includes 7 massage stations.
A smart code lock is installed at the main door, the code will be given to you once the reservation is confirmed.
A 40% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
➢ 100% refund, 30 days before the start of the stay ➢ 50% refund, 15 days before the start of the stay, no refund thereafter.
House rule
Arrival times are permitted from 4:00 p.m. and departure times must not exceed 11:00 a.m., these hours are strict.
The minimum age to make a reservation is 30 years old. Proof of identity must be sent to us at o-chalet@outlook.com
3 RESPONSIBILITY OF Ô CHALET
3.1 Ô Chalet undertakes to provide the unit with all its furniture, bedding, crockery, lingerie and accessories necessary for the use of the rented property.
3.2 Some items are included in limited quantities only: Toilet paper, garbage bags and dishwashing soap.
3.3 The following items are not included: soap and shampoo, granules for the fireplace.
3.4 Ô Chalet cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness that may occur to the Tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the Tenant and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay.
3.5 Ô Chalet cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the Tenant or his guests during the stay.
3.6 Ô Chalet will not grant any refund or credit note to the Tenant for early departures or late arrivals.
3.7 Ô Chalet will not grant any reimbursement or credit note to the Tenant due to problems due to the vagaries of the weather or the deterioration of the quality of any body of water located near the residence, as well as any unforeseen interruption of services electricity, running water supply, gas which would occur during the stay.
3.8 Ô Chalet and/or the Owner reserves the right to inspect the premises without notice and to have the necessary urgent work carried out.
3.9 Ô Chalet and/or the Owner reserves the right to access the dock at all times for personal or commercial use while respecting the privacy of tenants.
4 RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANT
4.1 The Tenant is liable for material damage occurring in or on the rented unit during the rental period, for any reason whatsoever caused by himself or one of his guests, directly or indirectly. The Tenant agrees to hold Ô Chalet harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which he is responsible.
4.2 The Lessee is responsible for the actions of any other person on the Leased Premises.
4.3 The Tenant must notify Ô Chalet of any breakage or damage caused during his stay, as well as any defects observed during the rental period.
4.4 The Tenant may not assign his rights under the rental agreement or sublet the building.
4.5 The safety of tenants, children or any other person on the premises (with the exception of employees or subcontractors of Ô Chalet) is the responsibility of the tenants, the stairs, the railing, the selection and/or the supply life jackets, swimming, use of watercraft or any other risk must be managed by tenants.
CONDITIONS, ADDITIONAL FEES AND PROHIBITIONS 5.1 Cleaning after stay is included in the rental, but additional charges will apply in the event the property is left in a particularly messy situation. Example: Dirty dishes, presence of garbage and garbage on the property, items left in the refrigerator, uncleaned BBQ.
5.2 We ask you to properly sort the garbage (recycling = blue, waste = green/black) and deposit them at the place specified in your reception instructions.
5.3 As far as the spa is concerned, the tenant is responsible for its maintenance during his stay and it is his obligation to ensure that it is returned to the same condition as on his arrival. He must ensure that the spa is running smoothly at all times. If there is a problem, the Tenant must immediately notify Ô Chalet. Additional maintenance fees of $100 will be charged in the event that the spa is returned to an unsanitary state such that it must be emptied.
5.5 Tents, trailer tents, caravans, snowmobiles, mountain bikes are prohibited on the chalet grounds.
5.6 The number of authorized parking spaces is 3 in front of the chalet and 1 on the side (in front of the garage). These restrictions must be respected and no vehicles are authorized in the surrounding streets.
5.7 The number of people authorized is 12 including children and cannot be exceeded at any time.
5.8 Animals are prohibited inside and outside the chalets.
5.9 The tenant agrees not to smoke inside the chalet.
